The Dorr Family Dentistry project was a ground-up build constructed on the very site of the existing, operational dental practice.

Clear Construction was entrusted with delivering a new, modern facility while maintaining a safe and functional environment for ongoing patient care throughout the construction process. This required careful phasing, strict safety protocols, and constant coordination to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations and, most importantly, the safety of patients and staff.

Driven by Dr. Bryant Dudzik’s mission to create a calm, soothing space paired with state-of-the-art dental technology, the new facility blends thoughtful design with advanced functionality. Every aspect of the building—from the welcoming lobby to the well-equipped operatories—was tailored to enhance both the patient experience and the quality of care delivered. The result is a serene, modern environment that reflects Dr. Dudzik’s commitment to excellence in oral health and his dedication to the Dorr community.
